> We have the pleasure of hosting as the first interview of this issue Paolo Padovani, a real estate professional who has always been linked to the Grimaldi family.


> Padovani architect, you have been present in the Verona square for several years and since 1993 with your Agrimcasa Agency you have always been part of a real estate group / network. Can you tell us why this choice?
I have learned the concept of "Family" at work since 1993 when I joined the Grimaldi network and precisely because it is the people who make the difference both I and my partner Nicola Scappini immediately joined the networking. .com, as a sign of the continuity of some values that we have always found and which have been accentuated in this new adventure. Experience, professionalism, team, preparation, sharing of values while maintaining our own professional identity, we immediately evaluated as a valid idea, like a train that would go fast and on which we could get on immediately.

> How is your agency organized today and how has it changed over the last year?
We are currently a structure, very well rooted in the territory, which has four operational people recently integrated with a figure who follows the graphics and social network part, and an architect who provides us with support for the analysis of the technical, urban planning and construction part of the properties from the moment they are acquired. We made an important "change of pace" during the lockdown in which, thanks to a website we had built, the blog, newsletter, new digital services, we aimed to reopen in May in the local market a little "further along" of others; we have also understood that following the path of communication, traditional and digital marketing is fundamental, provides concrete results and allows us to keep up with the constantly evolving market.

> Have you relied on a professional for these new activities?
Yes, for this activity we have started a collaboration process with Taeda Communication. We started making videos (real short films) for the most prestigious properties. Furthermore, we commissioned the new site from Taeda herself (now the national partner of L'immobiliare.com), we felt it was important to have an internal figure capable of both managing communication
social media, both organizing newsletters (a very valuable action) and having graphic knowledge; from these we experimented with the local INews (we are preparing the third issue) which was much appreciated
by customers because, like the national INews, it is a quality product that the customer immediately compares to the classic agency "newspaper", appreciating the enormous difference in quality and content.

> What communication tools have you particularly focused on?
We focused in particular on "our presentation" with a new tool, typical of large companies, but highly appreciated by our customers: the company profile. On precious glossy paper, 16 pages of presentation of the Team, of the skills of each member, of the services, of our history, all things that can then be found on the website. Leaving the material relating to the property, a glossy magazine, a company profile in an elegant folder during sales appointments was a decent investment but with a tangible return from customers who see the difference compared to other players on the market.

> How important is the digital evolution we are experiencing for you?
The search for quality, transparency, service, competence are values that we have been pursuing for years, with a great expenditure of energy, but which must be accompanied by effective communication which, in the era in which we live, is of fundamental importance. importance, as well as the "human relationship" which we have always cared about and which in the Covid era has become even more important; and this is the most important point: no digital evolution, no algorithm, no artificial intelligence or "transhumanism" will ever be able to replace our role, and that of all of us, in transmitting trust to the customer and in solving their problems and realizing their needs .
